Data Scientist · Dreamer · Optimist
I am someone who finds joy in the quiet moments — a long flight with a window seat, a new city unfolding through the lens of a camera, or an evening at home with the people I love most.
I've always believed that ambition and groundedness can coexist. I work hard, think deeply, and never take life too seriously. I'm the kind of person who will plan an entire trip on a whim — and still be home in time for family dinner.
I'm 36 on paper — though I've been told my metabolic age sits closer to 28. I'll take it.

A self-taught Data Scientist who built his way up from scratch. Across four companies and over a decade, I picked up the craft through curiosity, good colleagues, and a lot of trial and error. Today I work at Twilio, building machine learning models that help keep people safe from fraud and phishing. It's the kind of work I genuinely enjoy — challenging, meaningful, and always evolving.
My first step into the professional world. I made mistakes — plenty of them — and I stayed longer than I should have. But looking back, it taught me resilience and the value of showing up even when you don't have all the answers. For someone who had no idea how to code, I did well enough to know I wanted more.
This is where everything changed. Surrounded by brilliant colleagues who pushed me to grow, I taught myself the fundamentals of Data Science from the ground up. No classroom, no bootcamp — just curiosity, late nights, and a great team. BofA gave me the foundation I built everything else on.
The game changer. I walked into a 20-person startup as the 21st employee and walked out a completely different professional. In 3.5 years here, I learned more than in my previous 8 years combined. We built real ML models that mattered, moved fast, and I finally felt like I was operating at my true level.
The underrated SaaS giant that handles billions of messages and emails every single day. Here I was challenged to build things for scale without breaking — and I rose to it. From Beta distributions to Agentic LLMs, I've worked on everything under the sun. The work culture is the best I've ever experienced. I'm proud to be here.
My parents have been my most constant source of support — not just through the big moments, but through every twist and turn along the way. They pushed me to grow, believed in me before I believed in myself, and continue to do so even today. Whatever I've become professionally and personally, they had a quiet hand in all of it.
We are a Tamil family rooted in Kerala — my father grew up in Tirur and my mother in Chennai, and I was born in Chennai and raised in Kerala. Our family is now spread across two cities, but the bond remains as tight as ever.
My sister has always been my inspiration — especially when it came to studies. Watching her set the bar made me want to reach it too. She's now settled in Bangalore with her husband — both software professionals — and together they've given our family the greatest joy — my niece, who absolutely lights up every room she walks into. The innovative games she comes up with to play with me are my favourite part of going home.
When I'm not building software, I'm chasing light with a camera, boarding a flight to somewhere new, or getting lost in the beauty of what the world has to offer.
I'm not looking for someone perfect — I'm looking for someone real. Someone who values family as deeply as I do, who understands that love is shown in a thousand small, quiet ways.
I'd love to share my love for travel with you — to explore new cities, photograph sunsets from rooftops, and make memories that have no expiry date. But I also treasure the simple evenings: a good meal, family around the table, and laughter that fills the house.
What matters most to me is warmth — the kind you feel in someone's presence before they've even said a word. If you're someone who cherishes family, brings your whole self to relationships, and believes that a good life is a shared one — I think we'd have a lot to talk about.
I believe what truly matters is the compatibility between two people — their values, their warmth, and their willingness to grow together. That said, I understand horoscope matching holds deep significance in many families. In case it matters to you, please find my complete horoscope details below.
